Your order will be prepared with care by our team and shipped with DHL or UPS.
Delivery time within Europe is approximately 2 to 4 days and outside Europe 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping costs will be collected with the purchase in the checkout cart.
You get free delivery on orders:
- AUSTRIA & EUROPE - over €500;
- SWITZERLAND & UK - over €600;
- USA, RUSSIA, CANADA & UAE - over €1000;
- Other countries - over €1500.
Taxes
NON-EU: All local taxes and custom duties must be paid by the customer. We charge only the net price (without Austrian VAT).
EU: The prices are shown and charged including your local EU country based VAT.
No additional taxes or custom duties will be charged!
Returns & Exchanges
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
