Each detail is cut out manually using cardboard patterns, and the patterns at the joints of the parts are perfectly matched. The seams on the shoulders, cuffs and fastenings are carried out with special care. The armhole is sewn from the inside by hand to ensure maximum comfort. At the request of the customer, the buttonholes are manually overstitched. Fray uses buttons made of Australian mother-of-pearl, perfectly rounded to make them easier to fasten.
