KA-AS Fashion Handels GmbH offers this website (www.sartale.com), including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express wrote permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.


SECTION 3 - CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT, ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You order represents an offer to purchase a product via our site and to agree to withdraw the amount stated in the checkout via your chosen payment type.

Items in your Shopping Bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

All orders are also subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us too process a refund.

In order to shop on our website you need to make an offer to purchase products on the site.

When you place your order on www.sartale.com you will receive an e-mail an order confirmation-email (confirming the receipt of your order). This mail is not an acceptance of your offer, just a summary of your order and that your order has reached us.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and payment informations) for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you whether you would prefer to await restocking or prefer us to process a refund.

Your order is confirmed after we dispatch your chosen goods. You will receive an e-mail “order confirmation” with your tracking link.

You will receive your invoice after your order has been shipped.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING COSTS, Transit Terms & DELIVERY TERMS

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected

with the purchase in the checkout cart. Custom duties and import taxes are not included and shall be borne by the customer upon delivery at the chosen destination.

Shipping costs can be changed anytime.  Deliveries will be carried out by third-party couriers (like DHL EXPRESS, UPS etc.). Your name, address, e-mail address and/or phone number will be provided to those carriers to deliver your goods.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 business days after the payment of your order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national Austrian holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be

able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made

available by the shipping provider. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for updates to be shown in tracking.

We uphold the possibility to ship orders in separate deliveries. Please check your shipment confirmation e-mail which items are out for delivery.

 

TRANSIT TERMS & TIMES

In general, shipments are in transit up to 10 business days.

Due to different reasons, time of delivery can sometimes take longer than that.  You will receive a tracking number for your shipment via e-mail after your order has been shipped. Please not that tracking can take up to 48 hours to be shown as shipped. If there is any issue with your delivery please contact us via info@sartale.com

Orders that are shipped internationally can be in transit for 10 - 30 days. Due to different reasons, time of delivery can sometimes take longer than that.  You will receive a tracking number for your shipment via e-mail after your order has been shipped.

Any delays of delivery from our third party-couriers are beyond our control. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible if a delay occurs. If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

You need a proof of ID upon delivery for your order. In certain circumstances our third party-couriers will offer you alternative delivery options. If you opt-out of the requirement to provide a signature on delivery you agree that we are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from use of this services. This also applies for the “leave with neighbour/redirect to a neighbour” option or other services that don’t require your signature.

We are unable to deliver to certain destinations, such as:
P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at

any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us via e-mail at info@sartale.com with your order number and name.

You can’t split your order into two delivery addresses. We can only ship an order to one address at a time, so please consider this before placing your order. 

 

SECTION 5 - PRICES, CURRENCY, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Prices shown on our website and on our invoices are in Euros and incl. local VAT of 20%. Delivery costs are not included in the prices shown on our website and will be charged in addition at checkout. Payment may be possible in another currency based on the payment provider you use. Your provider and/or bank may charge you currency exchange fees. We are not liable for any payment fees that may occur. We do not charge any fees for payment.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will not be pre-paid and need to be borne by the customer upon arrival at the chosen destination. We will not be liable or responsible for any import duties or additional charges that may apply. You can contact your local tax authorities for information on import duties and taxes. Please check the import rules of your country upon placing an order with us. We are not liable or responsible for any delayed deliveries due to customs.


SECTION 6 - PAYMENT

When you place your order with www.sartale.com you need to provide is with your payment details. You can pay by VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, KLARNA, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and via EPS.

We will charge or block the amount of your order during payment process on your chosen payment type. Orders will only be shipped after payment.

With clicking “Pay Now” you confirm that the payment you provide is yours or that you have been specifically authorised to use it. If your payment is refused or can’t be authorised we can not proceed your order. You might try again with a different payment type.

 

SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXEMPTIONS OF WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We offer a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return (right of withdrawal). The 14-days period begins when you or someone you nominate receives the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags and accessories (hangers, dustbags, garment covers etc.),  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase (e-mail address, name, address, payment amount and type).

To start a return, you need to contact us at info@sartale.com providing your order number and your proof of purchase. If your return is accepted you need to send the goods in the original packing with all accessories (as stated above). You need to return the items within 14 days of the date you notified us of your decision to use your right of withdrawal. All costs for the return of goods need to be borne by the customer. The customer must provide a tracking link for the returned goods via mail to info@sartale.com

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (such as perfume and beauty products) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

CANCELLATION
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can

accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact info@sartale.com providing your order number using the same e-mail address you used placing your order. Please note that the need to confirm your cancellation as your order might be already in transit before you receive your shipping confirmation. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our right of withdrawal.

EXCHANGE
You have the right to exchange your items within 14 days after receiving them.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags and accessories (hangers, dustbags, garment covers etc.),  and in its original packaging.

Please contact customer support (info@sartale.com) before returning items for exchange of color, size or other reasons. Please provide us with your order number and the item(s) you want to exchange.

 

SECTION 8 - DAMAGED & LOST GOODS, INSURANCE

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the

parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service info@sartale.com. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service within 24 hours. Please provide us with pictures of the damage, your order id and your shipping address.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed

their investigation into the claim. Please note that this can take up to 30 business days.

If your parcel is lost in transit we will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. Please note that this can also take up to 30 business days.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the

courier. Please note as stated in Transit Terms that you need a proof of ID upon delivery for your order. SECTION 11 - PROMO CODES

From time to time we might offer Promo Codes. They may be offered through social networks (such as Facebook, instagram etc.,) by newsletter or are show on display in our physical store. They are non-transferable and can not added/redeemed to an existing order. You can insert this code during checkout. Each code has a different validity, start and end date and may need a minimum amount spent. Promo Codes may not apply to specific products or categories. Promo Codes can not be combined with other Special Offers. Promo Codes can not be used on items on SALE.

 

SECTION 12 - SIZING

As the size and fit of a garment often varies amongst designers we recommend to choose the most suitable size. We try to provide measurements of the products as accurate as possible.

 

SECTION 13 - PRODUCT DETAILS & COLORS

We try our best to state our product description as detailed as possible. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products and pictures are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
